For SVN repo backup we can use
svndump
If we want to filter history then use -
SVNdumpfilter
To take backup of individual folder we can use
svndumpfilter -include
svndumpfilter -exclude

Note: To use above command you need svnadmin rights. Take command line where you have installed svn.
